1. Who we are

This policy explains how ERYA Digital ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit erya.digital, use our free SEO & GEO Audit tool or contact us. We are the data controller for this processing.

2. What data we collect and why

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to deliver our services.

Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and we don't use it to identify you. If you decline, Google Analytics sets no cookies.

SEO & GEO Audit tool

• The address you enter. We fetch that public page, its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt to run the audit. Results are cached for up to 6 hours so repeat requests are fast, and are not linked to you.
• Google PageSpeed Insights. The address you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to measure performance. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Your IP address. Kept in memory for up to 10 minutes to prevent abuse (rate limiting), then discarded. It is not written to a database.

Only audit public websites. Don't enter addresses that contain personal or confidential information.

Server logs

Like any website, our web server records technical data for security and troubleshooting: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser (user agent) and referring page. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Advertising

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Personalized ads are only shown if you consent; otherwise Google may show non-personalized ads. 4. Legal basis

• Consent: analytics and advertising cookies.
• Legitimate interest: security, server logs and abuse prevention for the audit tool.
• Contract / pre-contract steps: answering your enquiries and delivering our services.

We process personal data in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site: Google (Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, AdSense) and our hosting provider. Google may process data outside Türkiye and the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Audit results: up to 6 hours. IP addresses for rate limiting: up to 10 minutes.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.
• Emails: as long as needed to handle your request or our business relationship, and as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, request a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. Under KVKK Article 11 you can also learn whether your data is processed, the purpose, and the third parties it is shared with.

To use these rights, email info@erya.digital. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EEA, your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our website and tools are not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
